Feb 10, 2010 – Warner Bros Pictures announced the start of principal photography on the thriller Unknown White Male starring Liam Neeson, Diane Kruger, January Jones, Aidan Quinn, Bruno Ganz, and Frank Langella. Jaume Collet-Serra (Orphan, House of Wax) is directing with Joel Silver, Leonard Goldberg, and Andrew Rona producing.

Filming will be taking place in Germany. The studio’s aiming for a September 2011 release.

Based on the novel Out of My Head by Didier van Cauwelaert and adapted for the screen by Oliver Butcher & Stephen Cornwell and Karl Gajdusek, Unknown White Male finds Neeson playing Dr Martin Harris, a man who comes to after an accident to find his life totally off-kilter. His wife (Jones) doesn’t know him and there’s another man (Quinn) masquerading as Dr. Martin Harris. Diane Kruger co-stars as one of the few people on his side as he tries to piece together what happened while running from killers and the police.

Neeson will next be seen in the big budget remake of Clash of the Titans and as Dr. Hannibal Smith in the big screen version of The A-Team. January Jones recently finished work on The Hungry Rabbit Jumps alongside Nicolas Cage and has a starring role in the hit TV series Mad Men.

I’ve been super busy at work, but I’ve been gathering a ton of things for you all! First we had the news about Swedish Auto coming to DVD on February 23 (ORDER IT HERE), now we have a massive scan update from 8 2010 magazine featuring January. Many of these are from the UK where season 3 of Mad Men is just gearing up and I’d like to thank Lorna for those UK scans. Over Cover Girl page has been updated with the new covers!

Expect DVD caps soon as I already have my copy pre-ordered. This is really one of January’s best pre-Mad Men roles, so be sure to check it out.
